Recently, Zhu Youfa, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Leping City Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations, led a team to visit overseas Chinese enterprises in Hongqiao Town, Leping City. As one of the key overseas Chinese enterprises in Hongqiao Town, our company was established in 1996 and specializes in the production of switch components for automobiles and motorcycles. The company holds over 100 patents and has been honored with titles such as “Municipal Civilized Unit,” “Top Ten Overseas Chinese-Invested Enterprises,” and “National High-Tech Enterprise.” Our General Manager, Chen Fanli, also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Hongqiao Town Federation of Overseas Chinese. Under her leadership, the company actively fulfills its social responsibilities by promoting employment, conducting charitable donations for education, and engaging in public welfare activities, thereby contributing to the social development of Hongqiao.

During the research visit, Zhu Youfa and his delegation paid a field trip to our company, listened to a briefing by General Manager Chen Fanlin on matters related to investment, factory establishment, and enterprise development, and gained an in-depth understanding of the difficulties and challenges currently faced by enterprises in their development. They actively offered advice and strategies to help enterprises overcome their challenges and resolve their problems. Zhu Youfa, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations, pointed out that the Municipal Federation has always attached great importance to the development of overseas-funded enterprises and paid special attention to building a strong team of entrepreneurs from the overseas Chinese community. Upholding the principle of “two services,” the Federation has carried out the “three major projects” in depth and focused on the construction of the “five ‘China’ initiatives”—namely, “Affectionate China,” “Entrepreneurial China,” “Dream-Fulfilling China,” “Loving China,” and “Strong China.” He also expressed hope that overseas Chinese enterprises in Hongqiao Town would continue to intensify their efforts to attract talent and expertise from abroad, thereby leveraging synergistic effects and promoting the realization of complementary advantages. Furthermore, he encouraged overseas Chinese entrepreneurs to carry forward their patriotic aspirations, cultivate deep-rooted patriotic sentiments, and unleash powerful internal entrepreneurial drive, striving to create distinctive highlights in Hongqiao Town’s overseas Chinese affairs and to unite the hearts, strength, and wisdom of the overseas Chinese community, thus making outstanding contributions in the new era as “overseas Chinese.”
