In 2010, the pilot workshop was interviewed by the Yueqing Daily. Lean production remains our company’s ongoing pursuit, and we continue to intensify our efforts year after year. We are making breakthroughs point by point in our workshops and providing ongoing training for employees, helping them shift their operational mindset and fostering an understanding of lean management principles.

To expand its scale, the company has significantly ramped up the standardized production of automotive combination switches. On one hand, it draws on the site management practices of established joint ventures; on the other hand, it is expanding its subsidiary companies in key transportation hubs. The company places great emphasis on the importance of learning. Every weekend, it invites renowned domestic instructors to provide employees with training on current trends in corporate development, thereby firmly reinforcing the company’s culture of continuous learning.
