                    — A Report on the First Aid Instructor Training for the Southern Zhejiang Locomotive Industry

To enhance employees’ awareness of safety precautions, promote knowledge of emergency first aid, and help them acquire practical emergency first-aid skills, thereby building a safe and secure workplace, our company has invited Ms. Wu Chang, an emergency first-aid instructor from the Red Cross Society of Yueqing City, at the invitation of senior company leaders, to provide theoretical and hands-on training on first aid for our team leaders and above-level managers. Ms. Wu Chang combines video animations with theory, using simple yet vivid language that makes complex concepts easy to understand. During the hands-on training sessions, she patiently and meticulously corrects each trainee’s movements again and again, ensuring that every participant’s techniques meet standardized and规范ized requirements. The total number of participants in this training is: 34 People who successfully pass the exam and obtain the “Red Cross First-Aid Certificate” have... 33 People, pass rate: 97.05% 。

During this training, participants mastered the most fundamental self-help and mutual-help skills, and honed crucial basic life-saving techniques, thereby enhancing their personal emergency response capabilities in the event of disasters or accidents. Moreover, they have carried forward and promoted the Red Cross spirit of “humanity, universal love, and dedication”!
